Winchester District Memorial Hospital (WDMH) and the WDMH Foundation are looking for energetic community members who want to take a seat at the table and make a difference in our community. Each organization has a volunteer Board of Directors and both are looking for new members to join.

“We are grateful to all Hospital and Foundation Board members who share their time and expertise and bring diverse skills to the table,” notes WDMH CEO Cholly Boland. “They help us fulfill our commitment to compassionate excellence.”

WDMH Foundation Managing Director Kristen Casselman agrees: “These Boards provides oversight and accountability and connect us to our local communities. If you have passion and a commitment to local health care, one of these Boards might be a great spot for you.”

We are looking for community members who use their local hospital, care about the services it provides and want to see WDMH and the WDMH Foundation flourish for decades to come. A Board position offers a great opportunity to expand your network and meet new people.

Board members bring a variety of skills to the table, including experience in leadership, governance, health care, quality improvement and strategy. Most of all, they care about health care in their local community.
